How often support happens: weekly, monthly, quarterly, during planning time, after observations, or through scheduled meetings.
Who provides the support: mentor teachers, instructional coaches, administrators, department leads, or outside partners.
How mentors are supported: training, resources, protected time, guidance, or administrative check-ins.
What your next step is: if formal support is still developing, name what you are working toward and how you plan to walk alongside new teachers.
