Cultivate: Building Confidence as an Early Career Teacher - Cohort

Cultivate: Building Confidence as an Early Career Teacher is a five-part professional learning experience designed to strengthen early-career teacher confidence and support long-term retention through a framework of Compassion, Clarity, Consistency, Community, and Confidence. This course begins by guiding participants through meaningful self-reflection and identity practices, helping teachers address the root beliefs and patterns that often shape classroom management, communication, and instructional decision-making. Learners then translate that internal clarity into practical tools for building student relationships, partnering with families, strengthening collaboration, and approaching content planning with greater consistency and confidence. Completion of Cultivate serves as a meaningful indicator to schools and districts that participants are proactively investing in their professional growth and long-term sustainability.

Cohort Experience: An 8-week guided version of Cultivate: Building Confidence as an Early Career Teacher with four live community sessions, an online Slack space, and up to weekly 1:1 coaching calls designed for early career teachers who want extra support, accountability, and real-time feedback.

Summer 2026 Cohort Dates: June 22-August 14
