Terms, Privacy, and Participation Agreement
Last updated: 2/21/2026
This document outlines the terms and conditions for participating in any online courses (“the Course”) created and facilitated by Team Meline, LLC and Christina Meline (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling in the Course (self-paced or cohort), you (“you,” “participant,” or “learner”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1. Nature of the Course
The Course is an educational and coaching-based program designed to support early career teachers in their first five years.
It includes pre-recorded lessons, reflection prompts, downloadable resources, and, in the cohort model, live sessions and optional 1:1 coaching calls.
The Course is not mental health treatment, counseling, therapy, or crisis support.
2. Coaching vs. Therapy & Mental Health Boundaries
The Course and any associated coaching:
Provide professional and personal development support, not clinical care.
Do not diagnose, treat, or prevent mental health conditions.
Are not a substitute for psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, or crisis services.
Boundary Statement
The Course may provide educational coaching and community support. It is not mental health treatment, counseling, or crisis support.
If, during the Course, you experience significant distress, burnout, or mental health concerns, we may:
Encourage you to reach out to trusted supports (friends, family, colleagues, mentors).
Suggest connecting with:
Your Employee Assistance Program (EAP), if available.
Your primary care provider, therapist, or other licensed clinician.
A crisis hotline, local emergency services, or hospital if you are in danger or feel unsafe.
Crisis Disclaimer
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or feel unsafe, please contact local emergency services, a mental health crisis line, or a licensed professional right away. This Course and its facilitator cannot provide emergency support.
3. No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability
The Course is intended for educational purposes only.
We make no guarantees about specific results, such as job retention, promotions, performance evaluations, or student outcomes.
Any decisions you make in your professional or personal life are your responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your participation in the Course, use of its materials, or implementation of ideas discussed.
You agree to hold Team Meline, LLC, its owners, and its representatives harmless from any claims arising from your participation.

5. Use of Feedback & Testimonials
We may use aggregated or anonymized feedback to improve the Course and related offerings.
If you provide a testimonial or written feedback that could be used for marketing, we will:

Refund Policy
Because the Course includes immediate access to digital materials and limited cohort seats, all sales are final. However, if you experience a verified technical issue that prevents access to course materials and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours, please contact christina.meline@teammeline.com for assistance. A full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
8. Technology & Access
You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a device capable of accessing the Course platform, videos, and PDFs.
We are not responsible for personal device issues, local internet outages, or firewall restrictions at your workplace.
If you encounter a technical problem with the Course platform, we will make a reasonable effort to support you.
9. Live Sessions, Missed Calls & Recordings (Cohort Model)
For cohort participants:
Live sessions may be recorded for the benefit of the group members.
By attending, you consent to being on audio/video and acknowledge that your participation may be visible to other cohort members.

We may:
Share recordings with cohort members.
Invite questions in advance or via Slack.
Provide a brief written “catch-up prompt” or summary.
No refunds are given for missed live sessions.
10. Course Pacing, “Late Work,” and Certificates
This Course is designed to be flexible and self-paced.
There is no penalty for “late” work; you can re-engage at any time. Progress matters more than perfect pacing.
However, for certain outcomes (e.g., certificate of completion, CEU documentation), there are minimum completion requirements.
Certificate of Completion
In order to receive a certificate of completion (and any related CEU documentation, if applicable), you must submit all required reflection questions and/or course surveys as specified in the Course.
All tasks required for documentation will be clearly indicated.
